AIRBNB ON A SHOESTRING
Our client's long term renter's lease ended, and he wanted to convert the home to an AirBnB. He had a little bit of money and a LOT of space to fill (as well as stocking linens, kitchen supplies, and all of the expected amenities). He wanted to stay under a $6k budget, all in, and we did it ALL, down to the potato peeler! We kept costs low by hitting the thrift stores for decor items and some of the furniture, and (of course) IKEA. We created a cool, relaxed Austin vibe for the space, that is a mix of off-beat rustic items mixed with mid-century pieces.
