ACCESSIBLE VICTORY
Our fabulous Client experienced some mid-life neurological challenges which greatly reduced her mobility. Rather than move into assisted living, she decided on a full-service, luxury condo in Dallas' exciting Victory Park neighborhood. Job one? ADA and Universal design features throughout, WITHOUT looking like assisted living. We disguised the many required supportive features as luxury touches, including complete home automation controlled by a single iPhone, and a mobility scooter recharging "garage" within the unit.
